SHELDON O. BURMAN, MD, FACS

In April 2005, Dr. Burman retired from the active practice of surgery. Based on his many years of experience, Dr. Burman now provides information to men and women who are interested in penis enhancement surgery.

During the 54 years in which Dr. Burman did practice as a surgeon he has been:

Dr. Burman inaugurated the era of biological heart valve replacement in the U.S. in 1967 when he replaced a diseased heart valve in a human patient with a valve transplanted from a calf.

Dr. Burman is a Fellow or Member of approximately 30 professional societies in America, England and Canada.  He has published about 100 original papers and abstracts, and chapters in 4 textbooks.

He has lectured and/or performed operations in Brazil, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Germany, Spain, Egypt, South Africa, and Singapore.

The stretcher weighs only a few ounces. It is sturdy, yet light and flexible enough to lie flat against your thigh. It exerts constant, gentle, adjustable traction. It cannot be seen under your trousers. You are no more aware of it than you are of wearing your wristwatch. How much length you gain depends on how many hours and how often you wear it. It is most effective when worn after penile lengthening surgery. Patients who have worn a weight device or their penis stretcher for years have reported length gains of over 4 inches. No interference with erections, ejaculation, fertility or sensation. No girth gain.

NOTE: The penis enlargement stretcher is the only clinically documented penis enlarger for permanent lengthening of the penis without surgery.
Length and girth enhancement is not a perfect operation. No one is ever perfectly satisfied. But when asked retrospectively if they would have the operation again, the great majority of patients say yes. We strive every time for perfection. We rarely achieve it. We often get close. It is important not to harbor unrealistic expectations. Your penis will not be 3 inches longer (except possibly with prolonged use of the penis stretcher), nor will you double your penile girth (unless you repeat the girthe nhancement.) The operation may not salvage a troubled relationship, or liberate you from deep anxiety or depression. Deep-seated feelings of inadequacy, anger or poor self-image cannot be resolved through surgery. But if you are realistic and are motivated to have the surgery for the right reasons, we believe you will be pleased with the results.
