Length and girth enhancement is not a perfect operation. No one is ever perfectly satisfied. But when asked retrospectively if they would have the operation again, the great majority of patients say yes. We strive every time for perfection. We rarely achieve it. We often get close. It is important not to harbor unrealistic expectations. Your penis will not be 3 inches longer (except possibly with prolonged use of the penis stretcher), nor will you double your penile girth (unless you repeat the girthe nhancement.) The operation may not salvage a troubled relationship, or liberate you from deep anxiety or depression. Deep-seated feelings of inadequacy, anger or poor self-image cannot be resolved through surgery.
