Penis Glanular Enhancement

Glanular (penis head) enhancement is almost never necessary or desirable. A small glans (head) does not limit how much the shaft can be widened because the great advantage of liposuction fat transfer (LFT) method is that the penis can be “sculpted”. The fat can be placed precisely where the surgeon and patient wish. If the shaft is wide and the head is small, the shaft is narrowed or tapered to the size of the head, where the head and the shaft meet. This produces a natural, normal, believable appearance. The risks, cost and complications of glanular enhancement are avoided. This tapering/sculpting is only possible using the LFT technique for girth enhancement.

Penis Size Penis Stretcher
