We will surface mail or fax a packet of information to you. Our office will contact you and schedule a telephone consultation with you at no cost. During the consultation we will discuss all aspects of this surgery, including your options, and answer any remaining questions you might have.

For your surgery you will usually fly to Washington D.C. on a Wednesday. You can nearly always fly round trip from anywhere in the U.S. for less than $200.00 on Southwest Airlines if you make reservations 15 days or more in advance. At Washington D.C. airport a taxi sent by your motel, which is located about five minutes from your surgeon’s office, will meet you and take you to his office. Your surgeon will answer all your questions, explain the operation in detail, tell you what to expect, show you before and after photos if you wish, discuss potential problems and complications, measure and photograph you, and discuss post-operative care, including use of the penis stretcher, perform the necessary physical examination and laboratory work up.

Non-smokers tend to have better results than smokers. If you do smoke, please try to stop at least two weeks before and two months after surgery.

If you previously have counseled with a psychologist or psychiatrist, a note from your counselor would be appreciated.

The stretcher weighs only a few ounces. It is sturdy, yet light and flexible enough to lie flat against your thigh. It exerts constant, gentle, adjustable traction. It cannot be seen under your trousers. You are no more aware of it than you are of wearing your wristwatch. How much length you gain depends on how many hours and how often you wear it. It is most effective when worn after penile lengthening surgery. Patients who have worn a weight device or their penis stretcher for years have reported length gains of over 4 inches. No interference with erections, ejaculation, fertility or sensation. No girth gain.

NOTE: The penis enlargement stretcher is the only clinically documented penis enlarger for permanent lengthening of the penis without surgery.
Length and girth enhancement is not a perfect operation. No one is ever perfectly satisfied. But when asked retrospectively if they would have the operation again, the great majority of patients say yes. We strive every time for perfection. We rarely achieve it. We often get close. It is important not to harbor unrealistic expectations. Your penis will not be 3 inches longer (except possibly with prolonged use of the penis stretcher), nor will you double your penile girth (unless you repeat the girthe nhancement.) The operation may not salvage a troubled relationship, or liberate you from deep anxiety or depression. Deep-seated feelings of inadequacy, anger or poor self-image cannot be resolved through surgery. But if you are realistic and are motivated to have the surgery for the right reasons, we believe you will be pleased with the results.
